This morning was a bit of a hassle because my mom went on a work trip and I woke up a little late. When I was up the power went out and I couldn’t do some of my chores. Regardless I headed to the gym where I trained calisthenics. On my way home I picked up a few things from the grocery store because the water supply was going to be cut for a brief period in the afternoon. They are cleaning the overhead tank in the building so they stopped the supply. I somehow managed to get some food ready before the water was cut and had lunch. I also had some leftovers so that was convenient. Lunch was Chapatis, Stir-fried Cabbage and Peas, Eggs, Yoghurt and Dal. I finished lunch and washed dishes right before the water supply was cut.

I worked in the afternoon and then went out walking in the evening. I wanted to go rucking but its too damn hot right now so I am pushing it to the weekends when I have less strenuous workouts. I headed home and drank a ton of water to cool down. Day 5 was a success!
