That’s right you heard me! Adress them by acknowledging them, confirm if the thought is genuine or if its something you need to act upon and then take actions to correct the course. If there is nothing you can do about it then what really is the point of worrying about it? Most negative thoughts emerge from fear and insecurity. Most times its also a lie. If its a lie then drink some water and chillax. There you have it.
