Not actually but it feels like it! Day 60 was quite average to be honest. I found myself at the gym after taking progress pictures and reading ten pages. I did a kettlebell leg workout at the gym and it was not difficult but I will notice the difference tomorrow because last week when I did the workout I was very sore in the following days. I recuperated from it but then again I still have the issue with the ankle which is healing but its slow progress. I am working on rehabilitating my ankle through physio therapy exercises at the gym and at home.
For lunch we had Chicken Curry, Eggplant and Potato Sauté and Pav. Pav is an iteration of the dinner roll but is much softer than a traditional dinner roll that you find in restaurants in the west. It was brought here by the Portuguese in the 1500s and in the last century or so it has found a niche in my home state of Maharashtra in the form of Vada Pav, Misal Pav and Pav Bhaji which are very popular street foods here and specifically in Mumbai. More recent popular dishes are Bhajji Pav and Pav Vada which is like a reverse Vada Pav. These dishes were invented out of the need for convenience for factory/industry/mill workers who needed a quick carb heavy meal before going back to laborious work. Vada Pav specifically can be eaten on the go like a sandwich and does not need the hands to be cleaned after eating. So it became popular quite rapidly. Of course today the street food still remains popular but each home uses Pav in a variety of different ways. It is possible to make it at home but it is cheap and convenient enough to be purchased from local bakeries where it is made fresh every day. Of course it is also vegetarian friendly because they do not use eggs in this recipe unlike the traditional dinner roll.

Went for a walk in the evening after work and I enjoyed the evening sun a little bit. It was warm and humid but the air was fresh and it felt breezy. I finished drinking my gallon of water when I came home. Day 60 was a success.
