Day 63/75

Day 63/75

Slow day today, last couple of days have lacked proper nutrition. After doing my morning tasks I went to the gym for my first workout of the day but I was lacking energy. I am suffering from a tennis elbow and it needs rest so I did some stretching and exercises to heal it. I worked on some back exercises but I didn’t do any bicep exercises. Its definitely because of overworking the muscles the last 60+ days. The pain had gotten worse the last week so I gave my arm a rest today and focused on other muscle groups. I also extra did running on the treadmill because I had reduced resistance training today. For a few days this week I will probably do only light weight exercises until my elbow feels better. The positive of the day is that I got a haircut. It felt so good to get rid of the crop on my head. The rest of the day was as usual, finished my walking in the evening after my work and finished my gallon of water after my walk. Day 63 was a success.
