Day 43/75

Day 43/75

It was a busy but short day. My morning was packed with chores. My mother had to travel out of town for business and I managed the house while she was out. I did the laundry and the cleaning before taking my progress picture and doing my reading task. I then headed out to the gym.

At the gym I trained Chest, Shoulder and Triceps. I did heavy sets of each of those muscle groups. I have never in my life lifted 40 kilograms on the bench and I was struggling to push that bar today. I got through it though. I did not do any cardio as I had to get other work done at home.

At home I had breakfast which was eggs and vegetable sandwiches. I was starving so I scarfed that down in minutes. I then made some homemade ice-cream. Its not your fluffy ice-cream parlour ice-cream. The Indian version is called Kulfi and its slightly harder than a creamsicle and there is just a creamy layer no jelly layer on top and its not served on a stick, it can be but I was out of sticks. If you ever go to an Indian restaurant make sure to try some if they have it available.

Eggs and Vegetable Sandwiches

After making ice-cream I started work. I worked till the afternoon until I went for a walk. I did not do a lot of walking today just the bare minimum 45 minutes because my mom did not have the keys and I needed to be home before she came back. At home I started working again.

Home-made Mango Kulfi – low sugar if I might add.

My day is pretty much done at this point. I finished my gallon of water- I have been chugging water all day. I will probably catch up on some more chores after this. Made some progress in several skills I’d say. Day 43 was a success.

Thank you so much! It was delicious! I posted a picture of how it turned out in my post today. I will share a recipe if you want to make it at home. Its not very difficult or time consuming. Cheers!
