I guess the day was quite normal. I didn’t set an alarm since its holiday season but I automatically woke up at my usual time. I took my progress picture and wanted to finish my reading but I was given orders by my mother to get some chores done. After doing that I wanted to go to the gym but I figured there was no point of going to the gym as it would be closed for the rest of the week due to Diwali. Instead I went to the swimming pool for my first workout.
At the pool I did a rigorous workout at got in 2000 meters in around 60 minutes. I wanted to make sure my workout was worth it since I was skipping strength training this week. I might not go running this week because the roads are going to be crowded for the festival so I will have to make up for it in another way.
I came home and ate Sheera for breakfast. I don’t enjoy sweet meals for breakfast but who am I to question my mother’s menu. After that I headed straight to work. I kept working well into the evening and after that I finished reading. I even caught up to my gallon of water finishing it before leaving for my second workout which was a walk.
At night the city lit up and the air was filled with smoke because of the crackers being burst. I don’t mind crackers but people should be considerate of hospitals and animals when bursting crackers. Beyond that its a festive season so they have every right to enjoy.
I came home and finished some more work. I managed to lose 500 grams again so any weight I gained in the last few days has gone back down. I am trying my best to get a grip on my diet during this festival and we will measure the results at the end of the program. Day 12 was a success.

Let's hear it!
