Day 24 was good! I finished reading my first book, How Bad Do You Want It? by Matt Fitzgerald, and I would like to say that it is a very encouraging book. It delves into the psychology of endurance athletes and the kinds of challenges they can face in their sport and in life. Then the book with the help of examples also provides solutions into how some of these athletes overcame the challenges they faced by changing, shaping or simply ignoring their mind. There are obviously far more details than this but I will add one more thing- Fitzgerald is a great writer and an endurance athlete himself. His style is very visual and it leads with intrigue. He makes a good case on the importance of psychobiology in endurance sports and how much the mind can truly influence what we want.
Now I have started reading essays of Virginia Woolf. Its a short booklet but it will do. I have been a fan since I read The Death of a Moth. I finished taking progress pictures in the morning, then after reading I headed out to the gym. I trained calisthenics at the gym and then I came home. I had chicken and chapatis for lunch. I worked in the afternoon and then headed out for my walk in the evening. I finished my gallon of water when I came home. Day 24 was a success.

Let's hear it!
