Day 23 was incredibly active. I found a new swimming pool yesterday and this morning when I visited I did not know what to expect. When I eventually jumped into the pool I realised it was cold like ice. My ankle thanked me for it because it felt some immediate relief! The people there are friendly and I was new so they were apprehensive to speak to me but after my workout when I was leaving they were nice and spoke well as they approached me. The pool itself is outdoor and smaller than my usual pool but it is clean and is also much older. I remember visiting this place back in 2010 but I didn’t swim here because I was a bit shy about my body. This time I was equipped with a swimming suit so I had no fear. The cool and clean water combined with the friendly atmosphere was great for a refreshing workout. I went home and had some corn on the cob because I was super hungry. After that I helped my neighbour set up his PS5. His HDMI cable went bust and he hadn’t figured it out apparently. I spent some time in the afternoon working on random stuff and also caught up on my reading as I had missed it in the morning. I took my progress pictures before leaving for my swim. In the evening I tried a new workout with an Indian Mace aka clubs. Its great for upper body workouts and there are variations for the lower body as well. It was a fun exercise as it involves flow much like the kettlebell. After that I finished my gallon of water. Day 23 was a success.

Let's hear it!
